Reporting a bug?

To help us investigate quickly, please include the following in your email:

  • Device model — e.g. Samsung Galaxy S23
  • Android version — found in Settings → About phone
  • ClickPing version — found in Settings → Apps → ClickPing
  • Entry point used — e.g. share sheet, typed directly, pasted from clipboard
  • Description of the behavior — what you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened

Privacy reminder

Please do not include private phone numbers or WhatsApp message contents in your support email unless they are strictly necessary to describe the issue and you have intentionally redacted any personal information first.

Quick answers

Is ClickPing available on iPhone or desktop?
No. ClickPing is an Android app. There is no iOS, web, or desktop version available.
Do I need to create an account?
No. ClickPing requires no account, sign-in, or registration of any kind.
Does ClickPing send messages automatically?
No. ClickPing opens WhatsApp with the conversation and your optional message pre-filled, but you are always the one who taps Send. ClickPing never sends messages on your behalf.
How do I purchase ClickPing?
ClickPing is available on Google Play. All purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by Google Play under its standard policies. We do not process payments directly.
Does ClickPing work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes. ClickPing works with both WhatsApp Personal and WhatsApp Business. When both are installed on your device, ClickPing asks which one you want to use — or remembers your previous choice.
